These are custom built tow mirrors with switchback LEDs built in. Switchback LEDs will illuminate white while running, and flash amber when turn signal is on. (See Video Above). 
 
On your 2002-2007 vehicle, GM did not include a running light in the mirror or door harness, so for the (white LED) portion of these mirrors to work, minor wiring will  be required. Instructions are included. This parking circuit can be tapped under the dash at the BCM or a simple fuse tap can be used under the hood in the main fuse block.
